PowerSchool Performance Issues
PowerSchool is currently experiencing hosting performance issues specifically affecting the Northeast region. This appears to be linked to a recent firewall update on their end that is causing significant "latency" (slow load times), particularly during the high-traffic morning hours when everyone is logging in at once.
Because this is a vendor-side issue with PowerSchool's hosting environment, we are currently waiting on them to optimize their configuration to handle the morning load. We have reported our findings to them to help speed up the resolution.
